At Care Home Support Services, we offer free advice and support to help you in your search for a care/nursing home. When choosing a care home for yourself or a loved one, we understand the importance of such a decision and will take you through the whole process, one step at a time. Our dedicated team of professionals will help you through the early stages of the process, onto arranging your move to a care home or care home with nursing of your choice.

Care Home Support Services was established by John Byrne, a qualified senior social worker, specialised in hospital discharges and care management with adults. John’s experience led him to recognise the need for a professional and free advice service to assist those looking for/finding care home accommodation.

• Our service is free! We specialise in providing the advice and information you need when choosing a care home in Birmingham and throughout the West Midlands.
• Providing a personal, face-to-face service to adults of all ages, individually tailored to meet your needs and wishes.
• Accompanied care home visits, including help with transport to view your choice of care homes.
• We ensure regular visits to each home affiliated with us - offering first-hand experience and in-depth personal knowledge. We will however, be expanding our visits to care homes nationwide over the next 12-18 months as is our current ethos.

We have previously showcased our service at the Care Show Exhibition (NEC – Birmingham). The overwhelmingly positive responses received about our service has enabled us to build further links with care and nursing homes nationwide.
