Therefore we can look into placing yourself or your loved one in any location in the UK (except Northern Ireland at this time & Scotland only by special arrangement).

At this particular point in time, any placement into a care home outside of the Birmingham area will not have been personally viewed by our support advisors.

However, we are able to contact the care homes that meet your specific criteria (having discussed this with you) and ensure full, detailed and up-to-date information is acquired.

This will ensure you have as much detailed knowledge as possible before deciding to view (which in such cases, we certainly feel it is essential to do so).

Over the next 12 months, we will certainly be following our current ethos in our Birmingham location of personally visiting every care home affiliated to us.
