  • Our service is free! We specialise in providing the advice and information you need when choosing a care home in Birmingham and throughout the UK (except Northern Ireland at this time & Scotland only by special arrangement).
  • Providing a personal, face-to-face service to adults of all ages, individually tailored to meet your needs and wishes. Accompanied care home visits (Birmingham area only at this time), including help with transport to view your choice of care homes.
  • Benefits guidance for adults moving into a care home.
  • We ensure regular visits to each home affiliated with us (Birmingham only at this time) - offering first hand experience and in-depth personal knowledge. We will however, be expanding our visits to care homes nationwide over the next 12-18 months as is our current ethos.
  • Each care home is charged the same flat rate fee (or affordable monthly payments), regardless of their annual room costs. This we feel, ensures true integrity in the service we provide (i.e.: we will NOT favor a particular care home over another).

Our dedicated, professional team has specialist experience and in-depth knowledge of the care home process. Each specialist advisor is carefully selected for their expertise and includes senior social workers and qualified (registered) nursing staff, care managers along with staff who have worked in a care home environment.
